Founded by a father and his two sons who love a good beer, Bailey Brewing Co. started by making and serving up the hops from our much loved and now iconic Swan Valley backyard. Success breeds success and now we’re in the South West, bringing the same family-friendly vibe to Dunsborough.
Where The Dream Started
Like all good business ideas, ours had been bubbling for years – mostly on lazy Sunday sessions with mates, rellies, kids and dogs. Over these long, happy hours around tables, laughing and eating, we imagined creating a place of our own – with good quality beer, brewed right there, tasty local produce, a playground and room to move for not just our family but yours as well.

As it turns out, so do a lot of people. Our beers have won numerous awards, too many to count. We’ve been in the brewery business for more than three years and are always trying new combinations to keep our beers refreshingly cool and thirst-quenching no matter what your palette.

With so much success, why stop at one venue and a dozen flavours? Always willing to try something new, we imagined Bailey Brewing Co. in a more sophisticated setting. We brought Bailey on the Terrace with GB’s Bar on the scene in 2024 with our simple signature: fine tasting beers, delicious food and great service.
