Shipping Policy

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Beer will not be delivered to an unattended address. If the courier service try to make a delivery and the location is unattended, the package will need to be picked up from a depot. Beer must be signed for by a person over 18 years at the time of delivery. If the delivery address is entered incorrectly, it is the responsibility of the receiver to organise the address change directly with the courier. A change of address fee might be charged by the courier service to the receiver. Faulty Product

If in the event your beers or merch are faulty, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will happily refund your money upon presentation of your proof of purchase. Please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue.

Change of Mind

Bailey Brewing Co. is not liable to offer change of mind refunds for beer or merchandise.

Missing or Damaged Online Orders:

Bailey Brewing Co. is not liable for any online orders that go missing or that are damaged during transit. We cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges for these situations. If you believe your order has been damaged or is missing during transit, please contact us straight away with your order number and further details about the issue and we will investigate this for you. While we are not liable for transit damage or items going missing in transit, our team will do everything they can to assist.

Changing Online Order Information:

Bailey Brewing Co. is not responsible for any issues with incorrect delivery information that is provided by the customer. If you wish to change any delivery details or cancel your order please contact our team as soon as possible. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request, however, no guarantee of changes can be given once an order has been placed by the customer.
