A Stunning New Wedding Venue is Coming to the Swan Valley

A dream wedding starts with the perfect venue – and for couples seeking a relaxed day in the picturesque Swan Valley, the hunt just got easier. Bailey Brewing Co, a new brewery opening later this year, have announced they will be accepting wedding reservations at their Henley Brook site for as early as spring 2020.

Only 30 minutes from the centre of the city, the 9.5-acre property has been carefully designed by the minds behind two of Perth’s favourite hotspots, The Stables Bar and Raffles Hotel, to offer a rare combination of rural charm and modern amenity.

We’ve got a beautiful spot here in the Swan Valley and we’ve made sure to design a brewery that will not only craft great beer but will be able to host some stunning big days too” Said Steve Bailey, Co-Founder and Director of Bailey Brewing Co.

A VISION TO BE UNVEILED

“AN UNMISTAKEABLY AUSTRALIAN FEEL”
While the property is currently under construction, plans paint a grand picture. A spacious tavern sits at the heart of the brewery, built from recycled red brick, soft charcoal steel and polished concrete floors for an unmistakeably Australian feel. It is a versatile space, hosting up to 250 guests, that will give couples the flexibility to style as simply or intricately as they desire.

Outside, the romance continues. There are several ceremony locations on the property to choose from, all beautifully backdropped by native bushland, and many shaded under rustic timber arbours. For those wishing to remain outdoors, a marquee can accommodate 200 with ease for starlit eating, drinking, and dancing.

If you are extending the invite to much-loved little ones, a giant 850sqm nature playground is sure to keep them occupied. Four antique cars have been cleverly converted into a tyre swing, slide, and flying fox to keep pint-sized family members entertained for hours.

With the centre of Perth city just half an hour away, accommodation is close by for all. Lounge suites are also available on site for brides and grooms seeking somewhere to easily relax as they prepare for the big ‘I Do’.

CRAFTED TO YOU
Sit-down dinners, long lunches, cocktail canapes – Bailey Brewing Co will be able to do it all. Menus will showcase fresh, locally sourced ingredients complemented by well-balanced wines and beer from the brewery. There will even be an opportunity for couples to work with Bailey Brewing Co’s expert team to craft their very own bespoke brew for the occasion.

The brewery is in the process of finalising their wedding packages, which will include the services of renowned local vendors, from florists to celebrants.

“There’s a lot of preparation in a wedding and we want to take as much stress out of the process as possible. We’re hoping to have three packages ready soon for brides and grooms to choose from, though if people prefer to organise each detail themselves, that’s also a welcome option” Said Steve Bailey, Co-Founder and Director.
