The Bailey family's ambitions don't stop there. From Beer to Coffee Beans with the launch of zaam, embarking on a new venture centered around sourcing, blending, roasting, and creating delicious coffee in Perth. However, this business is bigger than coffee beans as zaam is named after the four children of brothers Steve and Dan: Zara, Addi, Ava, and Max.
